THREADING TOOLS

Threading Tool a metalcutting tool used to form a thread on a part. Threading tools include thread cutters, taps, threading dies, threading heads, thread-milling cutters, and thread-cutting abrasive disks. Thread cutters—straight-shank, prismatic, and round (disk)—are used to cut external and internal threads in one or several passes, depending on the technique selected. Rotating cutters (prismatic and round multithread) are used for high-speed cutting.

THREADING TAPS

These are used for hand or machine tapping of through or blind holes.

Straight / Spiral fluted, Right and Left Hand
Material: HSS,Carbon & special steels.
Thread Forms: BSF / BSW / UNF / UNC / MM / BA / BSP / BSPT / ACME.
Many other threadforms and Specials available ex-stock or against special request.

THREAD CUTTING DIES:

These are used for cutting external threads and are adjustable to cut smaller size threads. Available in machine screw, fractional, pipe, and metric sizes

Material: HSS,Carbon & special steels.
Mostly available in the same threadforms as the taps.

THREAD ROLLING DIES

Circular Thread Rolling Dies are manufactured in both Plunge Type and Through-feed Type. Dies are usually made from high quality Tool steel, and through hardened, these rolls can be reconditioned and used again.

FLAT THREAD ROLLING DIES

Flat Thread Rolling Dies are manufactured in Ground Thread form under controlled conditions with exceptional care and attention to accuracy and finish. These dies are available in various thread forms like Metric, BSW, UNC, BSF, UNF, BA etc.
